Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Mo Grow SMP ("we", "us") helps scalp micropigmentation (SMP) studios get more clients. This policy explains what we collect on mogrowsmp.com, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@mogrowsmp.com.
What we collect
- What you give us: your first name, email, mobile number, studio name and city, and your answers to our short questions (for example, how many artists you have and whether you have run ads before).
- Your consent record: when you agree to calls and texts, we save the date, time and IP address of that agreement.
- How you found us: the ad or link you came from (for example, UTM tags and Meta click IDs).
- How you use the site: pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and session recordings of how the page was used. Form fields are masked in recordings.
- Booking details: if you book a call, the time you chose and the details you enter in the calendar.
How we use it
- To send you The Price-Shopper Fix and anything else you asked for.
- To contact you by phone, text and email about the guide and our services, if you agreed to it.
- To schedule and hold calls you book with us.
- To understand which pages, ads and messages work, and to improve them.
- To measure and improve our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including showing ads to people who visited our site.
- To keep the site safe and stop spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this business:
- GoHighLevel: our CRM. It stores your contact details and sends our emails and texts, and runs our booking calendar.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
- PostHog: product analytics and session recordings.
- Meta: the Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure ad results. We send Meta your email and phone number only in hashed (scrambled) form, together with technical data such as your IP address and browser.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Mo Grow SMP about The Price-Shopper Fix and our services at the number you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@mogrowsmp.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The service providers listed above only process it to deliver our own messages.
Cookies and similar tools
We use cookies and similar tools (from PostHog and Meta, and one of our own that remembers which version of the page you saw) to run the site, count visits and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also control ad tracking in your Meta ad settings and your phone's privacy settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details while we are in touch with you, and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics and session recordings are kept for a shorter time, set by those providers.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email. Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@mogrowsmp.com. We will reply within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states), you may have extra rights, such as opting out of targeted advertising. Email us to use them. We will not treat you differently for doing so.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep secrets out of our code, and limit who can access your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
